Placing Orders

By placing an order, the customer accepts the purchase terms and acknowledges responsibility for making the corresponding payment at the time of purchase. Orders are placed exclusively online through our website, as we do not operate a physical store. Customers under the age of 18 must have permission from their legal guardian before making a purchase. If a minor places an order without this consent, they are not obligated to complete the purchase but will be financially responsible for the costs incurred. Legal guardians are ultimately responsible for minors. Any order placed on behalf of another person without their consent will be reported. Prices and offers on the website are valid while stocks last and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in the text.

Cancellations

Customers can cancel an order before it has been packaged or shipped. Once an order has been sent for packaging, it cannot be canceled and must be returned in accordance with the return policy. If you contact us before the order is sent for packaging, we can cancel or change the order. Cancellations must be made by email.

Delivery

Confirmed orders for in-stock items placed before 3 p.m. are typically processed on the same day (business days). Large orders may take longer, unless express delivery is selected. Delivery times may vary during peak demand periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If we cannot deliver within the promised 25 business days, the customer can cancel the purchase and return the order within the 30-day Open Purchase period. For out-of-stock or pre-ordered items, delivery times are not guaranteed as they are beyond our control. Orders will be shipped as soon as the products are back in stock.

Shipping

Orders will remain at the delivery location for 14 days. Uncollected packages or those with incorrect addresses will incur a service fee for shipping and administration costs, which may vary by country.

Transport Damage

Always inspect your delivery upon receipt. Unpack and check for damage to the items. If goods are damaged during transport, contact the chosen logistics partner immediately to file a claim.

Support

If an item does not work, we offer excellent support services. Contact us by email with your order ID and the problem, and we will assist you immediately. We strive to resolve any issues our customers may encounter.
